Hey, I’m Christa Clarke. I’m a coach, facilitator, writer, and community-builder.
My work is built on one core belief: we can't build liberated futures with broken blueprints.
For over a decade, I built my career leading multi-million dollar transformation projects in healthcare, co-founding a global coaching company that trained over 10,000 leaders at Fortune 100s and startups, and building a leadership community reaching over 20,000 women of color. From the outside, I was the definition of "success."
Inside, I was burning out. I found myself stuck in the very irreconcilable differences of a toxic system, replicating the same patterns I was trying to change. In the process, I lost my voice, my confidence, and my connection to the work.
My journey back was a process of deprogramming. It was a “meeting with my radical self" where I had to shed the armor of over-functioning, unlearn self-abandonment, and reclaim my own lived experience as embodied wisdom.
I don't just coach this work; I have lived it. Now, I guide fellow founders, entrepreneurs, and social impact leaders to stop replicating harm and build cultures centered on well-being, purpose, and lasting impact.

Zamani Leaders is where my work comes to life as a community of practice. It was born from a question I couldn’t ignore: What if the way we lead, build, and create could repair what work has broken in us— as individuals and as a society?
This is a learning and leadership studio designed for the social impact leaders and entrepreneurs who are actively building new blueprints. We use reflective writing, somatic practice, and collective care to turn lived experience into wisdom and shape the future of work.
